If you are changing your own password, go to Tempo > Account > Profile > User Credentials and simply type in a new passowrd (2x to confirm no typos) then hit save. All done!
TIP: Be sure to update saved password in each browser you use, including any mobile devices.
If you need to reset another's user's password, go to Tempo > Account > Users, find your user from the list and click the blue Edit User button on the right:
Then, simply click the blue Reset Password button under Info >User Credential section. This will trigger a password reset email, which will be sent to the listed email address on the user account you are changing.
NOTE: Only a unique user can change his/her email address and password through Tempo.
Note: For security purposes, an email address can only be used ONE TIME EVER for a Tempo User account. If you delete an account and try to recreate a new user with the same email address that has been used in the pass, it will give you an error. You will need to contact Tempo Help to force a "hard delete" on the backend to proceed.
