Your Live route is an at-a-glance, real-time snapshot of your route status

When viewing the Live Route on a laptop, desktop, or tablet, you will see 5 status categories for your active jukeboxes (Offline, Powered Off, Paused, Idle and Playing) along with a 6th category for all of your warehouse jukeboxes.

When viewing the Live Route on a mobile device, we have removed warehouse jukes from the Live Route summary to help you identify real issues faster while on the go. Note that we have also combined jukes that are Idle & Playing into one category, as no action is required by you for either of those categories.

Note that only active jukes (those not assigned to a location type “warehouse”) will be categorized as Offline, Powered Off, Paused, Idle or Playing. You can continue to see and manage Warehouse jukes in all other areas of Tempo.

If you are seeing a jukebox with the name "warehouse" in your active status categories, it means that its previous location name was likely "edited" to warehouse instead of the jukebox being properly "moved" to your default WAREHOUSE location.
  • If you only have one warehouse, you should  highlight the jukebox, click View > Info > Move and select WAREHOUSE from the list, then click Move.
  • If you have multiple physical warehouses, you should highlight the jukebox, click View > Info > Edit Location and make sure your location Type is Warehouse
