When you first log in to Tempo, the Home page is displayed. At-a-glance, you will be able to see and do the following:
LIVE ROUTE: Each jukebox’s real-time status (Off, Paused, Offline, Idle or Playing). By clicking the number in each status, you will be presented with the details for each group of jukeboxes (Location name, ID, status, and since date). For jukeboxes that are paused or turned off, you will also be able to remotely UNPAUSE or TURN ON those jukes by selecting them and clicking the corresponding button.
ALERTS: All outstanding technical alerts by category (System, Temperature or Money-related). By clicking the number in each category, you will be presented with the details for that group. Alerts will be listed by Location, and clicking an alert is a short-cut to the Location > Technical > Alert screen where you can find additional troubleshooting tips.
REVENUES: How much money your jukeboxes are making. By default we show the last month of total revenue, which includes mobile, CC, cash and services. You can drill down into this data by clicking the two buttons on the top right. You can then change the time frame by clicking the drop-down menu on the top right. By Jukebox will let you compare your revenue & play data for two periods of time (this week vs. last week, or this month vs. last month) to help you find potential issues. By Revenue Type will let you compare your revenue and play data by revenue type. If looking at just the music tab, you can breakdown your earnings by juke vs mobile and cash vs credit card. For plays, you can see juke vs mobile, paid vs free and paid vs background (CMP). You can also view your route uptime details (off/paused/offline).
CASHBOX: How much cash needs to be collected. This chart shows you the total amount of physical, tangible cash in the cashbox since last collection, per juke. You can hover over each bar to show the location name, ID and amount of money in the jukebox. By clicking the Details link on the top right, you will be able to see a full collection report for your entire fleet. You will see a collection map and a list of all jukes, when they were last collected, their % full and how much cash, Mobile/CC and total revenue is in each jukebox.
