Having ambassadors on-site to promote the TouchTunes app can significantly boost jukebox revenue. We’re thrilled to announce the new TouchTunes Connect Report, designed to make tracking adoption and identifying potential issues easier than ever. 

A Quick Recap of TouchTunes Connect

In July, we introduced TouchTunes Connect, replacing BarConnect to align with the updates to our mobile app. Here’s a reminder of what TouchTunes Connect offers:

  1. Simplified Login. Staff can log in using their TouchTunes account, compatible with both the old and new app versions, via any preferred sign-in method.
  2. Streamlined Enrollment. A revamped, more intuitive enrollment process makes getting started easier than ever.
  3. Multi-Location Access. Staff can access multiple locations and select one to tie to their Bar Rewards subscription.
  4. Enhanced User Identification. Improved user identification ensures easier management while safeguarding privacy.

Once enrolled, staff receive Bar Rewards updates and credits via email every week, just like before.

The new TouchTunes Connect Report 

With this latest addition, you can:

  1. Monitor adoption. Easily see how many people have enrolled at each location and how many have linked their Bar Rewards subscription to that location.

  2. Identify inactive locations. Use quick filters to surface locations without active staff ambassadors.

  3. Spot potential abuse. Review the number of subscriptions per location to identify any irregularities.

  4. Manage access. Access TouchTunes Connect detailed user lists for specific locations, making navigation between platforms seamless and revoking permissions, if needed, easy.
