Assess devices running outdated software in the Device report. From there:
- Devices running outdated software are more likely to have connection problems. Start by opening the Dartboard details drawer by clicking on the device's row. Then click on the Availability tab in the drawer; it shows connectivity and uptime data for every dartboard on your network.
- If the device is connected and software is out of date, check the SSD card on the device, this is something you can fix yourself.
- If the issue persists, contact the TouchTunes Techline for further support.
