The Play report shows you play information, broken down a variety of ways.

1. You can view 1-Credit vs Multi-Credit breakdowns. This will help identify venues that require additional (or no) Favorites music curation. If a venue has a very high % of 1CR plays, that usually means there are many locals that are price sensitive. These venues could benefit from using *Quick Manage* on a regular basis. Conversely, those venues with a very high % of Multi-Credit songs tend to be more transient crowds and less price sensitive. These venues likely do not need as much or any Favorites music curation, and you could even limit the # of 1CR songs to further increase revenues with little disruption.

2. You can view the % of Normal Plays vs. Play Next Plays. If you have a very high % of Play Next plays at a venue, we recommend that you increase the Play Next Surcharge in order to increase revenues while decreasing patron complaints.

3. You can view Plays by Source (Juke, Mobile & Background). This will help you identify venues that have low mobile revenue, at which you may need further promotion of the app with promo cards or Bar Rewards marketing. You can also identify venues with a high % of background music, at which you may need to add or change the CMP schedule.
