With our Mobile App Remote Check-in Feature, you are able to check in to any of your jukeboxes using the mobile app, no matter where you are (even if you are outside of the normal check in radius).

1. First you will need to obtain your mobile code by converting the jukebox ID from its native hexadecimal form (alpha-numeric) to its decimal form (numeric). There are multiple apps and websites that can do this hexadecimal-to-decimal conversion for free. Our own technical support team uses this tool at: http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/hex-to-decimal-converter


2. Once you have your code, open the mobile app and press and hold the TouchTunes logo at the top of the Location Checkin screen for 3-4seconds.


3. Enter the mobile code of the jukebox you want to check in to. You will be able to search and play music, see the play queue, and all other mobile functions as if you were in the venue.


Being able to check in remotely can help you quickly diagnose issues. It will let you see if the jukebox is truly online and allowing mobile plays, and often times allows you to resolve issues without a service call (user error, poor cell signal in bar, user phone issue, etc.).

* Pro Tip * If you are savvy in Excel, you can export your juke ID list from Route > Overview and convert your whole list to have on hand! Simply insert a column next to the JUKE ID column for MOBILE ID. In that field, use the formula =HEX2DEC(INSERT JUKE ID CELL#) to convert your Juke ID to a Mobile ID. You can do your entire fleet much quicker this way.
