TouchTunes is expanding sound management to support up to 6 zones on your OS2 jukeboxes in September 2021, upon completion of our summer field beta test which kicked off in July. This will offer you greater control of the music that patrons hear inside and outside your venues.
Once your OS2 jukebox has downloded 2.26.0-4 software version, reach out to your sales rep to order a 6-Zone compatible remote control overlay and a laminated zone reference card for any venues at which you would like to add additional zones.

Note that this functionality is only available on jukeboxes running OS2 software. Reach out to your sales rep to discuss upgrading any remaining Gen3's on your route.
Enabling 6 Zone Sound Management:
On the jukebox Manager screen, you can enable additional zones by toggling the ON button next to Zone 4, 5, or 6. This will split your existing zones, giving you up to six independently controlled areas of jukebox coverage.
TouchTunes will provide a decal to update your wireless remote control for six-zone compatibility. Staff will press 9 to switch between the volume controls for Zones 1-3 and Zones 4-6.
Laminated zone reference cards will also be provided to help educate and remind staff of the new zone structure (printable file can be found here)
