The “Route” section is now the “Reports” section.

The first big change you will notice is that we have changed the name and the icon of the Route section. This change is aligned with a series of updates that are coming to the section.

The first update being the introduction of the new Route page (see below for more information).

Other changes are coming to the section in the next few months. If you’d like to have more details about these updates coming up, please listen to our most recent Webinar:

A new Route Report

Merging information from Alerts and Collections in one place

When planning routez, we know that the 3 most important pieces of information are:

  1. Alerts. Which jukebox are broken or having issues?
  2. Last collection date. When is the last time I have visited that location?
  3. Cashbox into. How much money is sitting on my jukeboxes?

This is why we have combined information from the Alerts page and the Collection page.

A replacement of the Collection page

The Route report includes all the information that was on the Collection page. Thus, that page has been removed from Tempo. You can access the legacy Collection page by clicking the toggle at the top of the Route page.

Cashbox details available with a simple click

The most important information on the collection page is available directly in the table: Bill acceptor status, last collection date, total revenues since last collection, and total amount currently in the cashbox. We have also added the total amount of money in cashbox at the top.

If you’d like more information about the cashbox for a jukebox, you can click on the row to open our new drawer. The drawer has multiple tabs, including Cashbox, which contains the status of bill acceptors and the breakdown of revenue sources.

You can also perform a remote collection from that drawer if needed.

A new “Health” status

The last column of the Route table is called “Health”. Health is an interpretation of alerts that are tied to the location. It gives you a sense of the gravity of the issues happening on a jukebox.

To have more details on what specifically is happening on the jukebox, you can click the status to open a modal that will give you more info about the alerts in the location.

Jukebox information handily available

You can quickly view the jukebox model in the location directly from the table. More information on the jukebox is available in the drawer in the 'Jukebox' tab.

Quickly contact the location

We know not all issues require a visit. This is why the new drawer also contains contact information, allowing you to quickly contact them to try to fix the issue.

Filters to help you

Warehouse jukeboxes are filtered out by default

As this page aims to help you plan your daily or weekly route, all jukeboxes tied to a warehouse location are excluded by default from the list. This allows you to only focus on real locations having real issues.

Other filters are available

You can quickly search for a specific location by using the search engine at the top of the table.

You can also access more ways to filter your locations by clicking the filter button at the top of the table. When planning your routes, the city filter can be specifically handy.

Optimized for any device

When building this new report, we ensured that consuming the information is always easy.

To change the sorting on mobile, click the table header and sorting options will be available.

A limited access

Since this page includes information about location revenues, it is not available to technicians. Only Tempo users with the following accesses can see the page: Account Manager, Collector, Bookkeeper.

To view locations that have issues, Technicians can use the Alerts page.

If you want to share this table with your technicians, you can:

  1. Give them collector access as well (they will not see all revenue information, just collection information).
  2. Export the report in CSV and share only the information you deem relevant for them.

Here is a link to an article that explains exactly which sections are visible by user access type.

Your feedback is important to us!

We have added a survey at the bottom of the new Route Report. Please take time to fill it out; we’d love to hear what you think of this new report and how we could improve it.
