The Tempo Home Page is your daily dashboard. At a glance, it shows you where things stand across your entire fleet. You can therefore spot problems early, focus on what matters most, and keep an eye on how your business is trending.

By default, the Home Page will expose jukebox information. Once you have activated TouchTunes Pay™ and accepted the dart terms, dartboard tiles will be added to the Home Page.

A note on warehouse devices

Devices stored in your warehouse are left out of the Home Page by default. Since warehouse devices are often used for testing, including them would skew your numbers. You can still view them anytime in the Reports section by removing the warehouse filter that is applied by default.

Live statuses

See the current status of every jukebox and dartboard across your active locations. Click any status tile to see exactly which devices are in that state right now.

Fleet health

This section covers jukeboxes only as dartboard alerts are not yet supported in Tempo. It gives you a quick read on how many devices have open issues and how serious those issues are, so you can prioritize your team's attention in the field.

Device Availability

Track how your fleet's connectivity and uptime are trending over time. This is a good way to measure whether steps you have taken — like improving router setups at a location or replacing hardware — are actually making a difference.

Revenue

See recent revenue trends for both your jukeboxes and dartboards, covering several data points at once. A quick way to spot which parts of your business are growing and which may need attention.
