1. New Spartan 7 I/O board on Angelina jukeboxes
We're transitioning to a new Spartan 7 I/O board as the previous version has reached end of life. This update ensures continued hardware production and service.
This update has no impact on jukebox functionalities
Ensure the jukebox software is updated to OS2 2.29.3-5 before replacing the board.

2. Music request enhancements
Search all available songs on TouchTunes catalog. You can now search the entire TouchTunes catalog when submitting a music request. If a song isn’t available on a jukebox due to applied filters or catalog limitations (e.g., on Gen3/Gen3+ jukeboxes), you’ll be notified.
Quick filter change. If a song is in the catalog but filtered out, you can now quickly apply a filter to unlock the song, album, or artist—giving you more control over music availability at each location.
3. Collections update: See your QR code in tempo
Operators using Route Management Software can now access QR codes for collection data directly in Tempo, just like on the jukebox.
QR codes are available during Remote collection and in the Collection history.
This feature will be especially useful for Angelina MP jukeboxes.
4. New JukeBooster features
JukeBooster has been released earlier this year. When this feature is enabled, 15-second promotional audio clips from popular artists will play to raise jukebox awareness, encourage mobile app downloads, and drive more plays. It is designed to seamlessly integrate into a venue’s music experience, promoting jukebox engagement without disrupting paid plays.
Adjust JukeBooster messages volume. It was already possible to adjust the volume of the messages on the jukebox and it is now possible to do it remotely in Tempo too. The feature is available in the Location > Settings > Sound tab.
View if JukeBooster is enabled at a glance. A new icon in the Opportunities column of the Revenue report shows whether JukeBooster is enabled or not (icon will be grayed out if the software version is incompatible).
5. New jukebox status: Playing CMP
You can now distinguish whether a jukebox is playing music from CMP or a patron request. This new status adds clarity to what's playing in real time.
These improvements are based on your feedback, and we can’t wait for you to try them! Let us know what you think at feedback@touchtunes.com.
