JukeBooster

JukeBooster features short artist audio clips that promote the TouchTunes Jukebox and Mobile App. These clips automatically play on OS2 jukeboxes when no paid songs are playing—by default, one clip per hour beginning five minutes after the last paid play.

By keeping your jukebox top of mind during downtime, JukeBooster helps drive app downloads, increase in-venue awareness, encourage incremental plays, and ultimately boost revenue.

Driving Incremental Revenue

As JukeBooster continues running across most of our OS2 fleet, we’re seeing sustained results. Our latest analysis from the second half of 2025 shows an approximate +3% year-over-year revenue lift on jukeboxes with JukeBooster enabled.

That’s meaningful added revenue — simply by making better use of downtime.

To keep content fresh and engaging for both customers and staff, we regularly rotate a diverse mix of artists and genres so clips stay current and relevant across venue types.

New Enhancements & Customization Options

Based on your feedback, all clips now include enhanced fade-in and fade-out transitions for a smoother, more seamless listening experience — especially during quieter periods when Aux or CMP is not active.

You can also easily customize JukeBooster in Tempo to tailor the experience per location (Music > Settings > JukeBooster):

• Adjust clip frequency
• Schedule specific days and times
• Manage volume levels (e.g., sync to CMP or Aux vs. paid play default)
• Turn the feature off at venues with heavy sports viewing or third-party background music where clips may feel intrusive
