We are excited to announce the addition of new features to Tempo:
- Connectivity score in Availability report
- Revenue opportunities
- A complete revamp of music requests
Connectivity Score in Availability Report
Prevent negative customer experiences with better visibility to your jukeboxes connectivity.
- See the connectivity score of all your locations at a glance, allowing you to quickly assess which locations potentially have connectivity issues.
- The score is computed based on moments when the jukebox is online vs the overall period.
- Multiple selectable periods are now available, allowing you to view the score for the last 7, 14 or 28 days.
- Connectivity details are accessible easily from the drawer. Click on a row, then on the link to the connectivity report. This will lead you to the detailed Connection report in the Locations section.
Revenue Opportunities
An effortless review of settings that may be impacting revenue.
- A new Opportunities column in the Revenue report allows you to quickly review 4 settings applied to your jukeboxes that may impact your location’s revenue.
- 4 settings will trigger a notification:
- If ‘Fast Pass’ is disabled
- If ‘Dynamic Pricing’ is disabled
- If ‘Free Play Mode’ is enabled or scheduled
- If ‘Auto-Activate’ is not enabled
- Quickly access settings by clicking on the icon directly. You will be taken to the corresponding settings section.
A complete revamp of music requests
Enjoy a faster process and clear status updates.
We have completely revisited how music requests are managed.
- A new page dedicated to Requests in the Music section as been created, becoming the single destination for all your music requests.
- A new form, build to ensure faster song clearing process has been designed, making sure that the way you enter your request is aligned with the license clearing process, which is on a song by song basis.
- More fields for better identification of songs have been added to the request form. You can now share more information with us to ensure our music team is clearing the right version of the song requested.
- See all your past song requests, starting from March 2025*. You will be able to see for which locations a request was made and use a search function to easily find past requests.
- View a clear status for each request, giving you visibility on the progress our music team has made in clearing your requests.
Many efforts go into adding more songs to our catalog, and clearing songs in the business context is more complex then clearing songs for consumer apps.
