TouchTunes offers a variety of technical diagnostic alerts which can be enabled to notify you of various jukebox problems! This helps minimize downtime while maximizing revenues and customer service (you will know about issues before your location calls you on a Friday night!) You can configure which alerts you want to receive (per location), who should receive them and when they should receive them.
First, in the
Account > Alerts
section, enter the email(s) of the people you would like to receive technical alerts by simply entering an email and clicking Add.
Once you have decided who will receive the alerts, you then set-up the frequency for which they will receive them. Each alert can be configured as Instantly, daily, weekly or never.
For daily or weekly alerts, you can set the time of day and/or day of week.
Once your general alert settings are in place, you can modify individual jukebox alert settings under
Jukebox > Settings > Alerts:
