Tempo fully supports all OS2 Virtuos and Playdiums running 2.4 or higher, and any jukebox with a JCB or JCB+ computer running Gen 3 or Gen 3+, 4.7.2 or higher.
We have also added partial support for our discontinued MJS and Black PCs running Gen 3, 3.9.17 or higher. You will be able to view these jukeboxes in your Route > Overview and Location list, manage settings and music (just like in Dashboard). These jukes will not support the new remote tools (Force Call, Unpause, Power On), you will not be able view their live status (playing, paused, etc.) or see the new Collection History details.
OS1, Gen 2 and Gen 1 jukeboxes remain unsupported and will show up in the "Unsupported or Empty Locations" section. You can either upgrade them to a newer computer / software / jukebox by calling your sales rep, or continue managing them with Dashboard and Compass at https://operator.touchtunes.com
