There are several reasons why it is best to upgrade to our most current software and hardware platforms. First and foremost, Open Stage 2 jukeboxes (Virtuos and Playdiums) earn more than Gen 3+ jukeboxes, which earn more than Gen 3 jukeboxes. The numbers don't lie.

Next, by using discontinued software you will miss out on new products and features that are only compatible with newer software / hardware (PhotoBooth, TTTV-Upshow, Bar Connect, Song Recommendations, 1-Credit Limiting, etc.).

And last, you cannot access some of the great new Tempo features on Gen 3 jukeboxes. For example, you will not have realtime status visibility (off, paused, offline) or access to our powerful new remote tools (Power on, Unpause, Force Call, Quick Manage, Sound Settings, etc.) These features help you run your route more efficiently and self-sufficiently; less service calls and less calls to hotline means increased uptime and jukebox revenues.
